Ingredients

  • 1white onion
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 1 lbSpicy Italian organic (or not) chicken sausage
  • 3 cupsorganic (or not) chicken broth
  • I cup organic (you know) cream
  • 4 tbspflour
  • 1huge handful kale
  • to tasteSalt & pepper
  • 2swirls olive oil
  • 10small red potatoes cut into fourths

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for 2 min

  2. 2

    Squeeze the sausage out of the casing into the pan

  3. 3

    Sauté 5 min

  4. 4

    Add the broth and potatoes

  5. 5

    Simmer for 15 min, covered

  6. 6

    Combine cream and flour until smooth and add into pan

  7. 7

    Stir and simmer 10 min

  8. 8

    Add kale and simmer for 5 more min

  9. 9

    Add salt and pepper as desired and serve into bowls

  10. 10

    Slurp up all the goodness!
