I'm on a diet and trying to eat healthy and I love a quiche, so here is my healthy version. It tastes roasty and garlicy.

I'm on a diet and trying to eat healthy and I love a quiche, so here is my healthy version. It tastes roasty and garlicy.

Make the pastry flour a little salt 2 TSP olive oil. And then a little water until soft.

Grease your flan dish and roll the pastry to fit. Then bake for 10 mins to cook the base a little.

Then chop mushrooms and onions add to work or pan stay with oil and cook then add roasted tomato and garlic and cook in.

Crack 3 eggs and add with milk and stir.

Take out flan base with oven gloves add mushroom mix then with grated cheese add a third of it. On top then pour egg add salt and pepper over and cook for another 30 minutes in oven.

When almost done add a little more grated cheese on top and melt in oven a few minutes more.
