In these perfect Dosas, I have used Split Black Gram or Urad Daal Chilka. However you can use the normal skinless variety too. Healthier and yummier, these make for an excellent Iron rich food for your family. Jowar as it is called in Hindi, it's gluten free and is thus very healthy. Good for people who suffer from stomach problems and ulcers. It's rich in Iron and Phosphorus. The benefits are many. These simple yet nutritious Dosas are perfect for the first meal of the day. You are bound to go Vegan with these lovely Dosas on any day. Super food for people of all ages, it is indeed a healthy Breakfast idea. You can roast the flour if desired and proceed with the rest of the process as mentioned. Try these for your loved ones and friends and relish it's amazing taste.

Steps
- 1
Soak fenugreek seeds, poha and urad daal in enough drinking water for about 3-4 hours. Grind into a smooth batter and mix in the sorghum millet flour into it. Make sure there are no lumps whatsoever. Cover and leave it overnight to ferment.
- 2
Make normal dosas as we usually do the next day for a yummy breakfast. Make a concentric ring shape by spreading it across the tawa or a hot griddle. Cook for about 2 minutes each. That's it. Enjoy with any of your kids favourite chutney. Yum!
- 3
I served them with split gram and dry coconut chutney. Enjoy!
