Ingredients

  1. 5 pcs.Long dried chili
  2. 6White peppercorn
  3. 120 g.Shallot
  4. 90 g.Garlic
  5. 1 pc.Lemongrass
  6. 10 g.Galangal
  7. 10 g.Shrimp paste
  8. 1 tsp.Salt
  9. 2 pcs.Coriander root
  10. 1 tsp.Coriander seed
  11. 3cloves
  12. 3full Kaffir lime Leaves
  13. 1/2 tsp.Cumin powder
  14. 100 ml.Vegetable Oil
  15. 50 ml.Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut lemongrass,Galangal,Shallot and Garlic into small pieces for easy to blend

  2. 2

    Remove the seed and soak until soft as shown when chili is soft strain
    •By removing the chilli seeds this will make the paste more smoother in texture
    ** And if you need more spicy taste you can add small dried chili **

    Roast on low heat Until get aroma**
    •Add cumin powder and roast together until get aroma
    •If you used cumin seed can add with clove,coriander seed and white peppercorn at the start

    1.roast lemongrass and galangal until get aroma on low heat
    2.add Shallot, Garlic roast until get aroma
    3.add coriander root,kaffir lime leaves and long dried chili roast together until get aroma
    4.add Shrimp paste roast together until get shrimp paste aroma

    Add all ingredients into the blender

    •Blend until get texture as shown
    **The water and oil we only Use when using the blender If using mortar and pestle No need to add water and oil**
