Ingredients

4 people
  1. 1 Kgyellow moong dal
  2. 250 gmscowpea dal (lobia dal)
  3. 15-20green chiilies, Finely chopped
  4. 3 inchpiece of Ginger (grated)
  5. 1 bunchCoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  6. 1 teaspoonAsafoetida
  7. 20 gmblack pepper (2 to 3 piece)
  8. 10-15 cloves(smashed)
  9. 2 tbspsmasshed dry coriander
  10. As per tasteSalt
  11. 2 teaspoonsred chilli powder
  12. As RequiredOil for frying

  1. 1

    Soak the both daal for 4 to 5 hrs.

  2. 2

    Now coarse grind them in grinder

  3. 3

    Now put them into the bowl and mix all the ingredients including spices.

  4. 4

    Mix them well.
    Take a wok and heat the oil in medium flame for deep frying.

  5. 5

    Put small balls of the mixture in the oil. Fry them till they became golden brown.

  6. 6

    Now put them in serving plate.
    Serve them with coriander chutney or tea.
