Steps

Grind oats in a mixer & make powder.

In a mixing bowl, take oats powder, semolina, and besan. Add curd and water. Make a batter of little runny consistency. Rest for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile cut vegetables. Add in the batter.

Add cumin seeds, cumin-coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, green chilies, and salt. Mix properly.

Add water as per required. Don't make the batter too thin or too thick. Add eating soda. Mix gently.

Heat pan. Apply oil. Spread batter evenly round.

Cook one side, then flip it. Cook another side.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney. Your kid will love this breakfast.
