Ingredients

30 minutes
4 people
  1. 1 and 1/2 cups Oats
  2. 1 and 1/2 cups of semolina or rava or suji
  3. 1/2 cupbesan or gram flour
  4. 3/4 cupcurd
  5. 2green chili chopped
  6. 1 tbspcumin coriander powder
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1 tbspkashmiri red chili powder
  9. 1omion finely chopped
  10. 1tomato finely chopped
  11. 1 medium capsicum finely chopped
  12. 1 tspturmeric powder
  13. As Per RequiredCoriander finely chopped
  14. As Per TasteSalt
  15. As required Oil to apply
  16. As required Ghee or butter
  17. Pincheating soda

Steps

30 minutes

    Grind oats in a mixer & make powder.

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl, take oats powder, semolina, and besan. Add curd and water. Make a batter of little runny consistency. Rest for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile cut vegetables. Add in the batter.

  4. 4

    Add cumin seeds, cumin-coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, green chilies, and salt. Mix properly.

  5. 5

    Add water as per required. Don't make the batter too thin or too thick. Add eating soda. Mix gently.

  6. 6

    Heat pan. Apply oil. Spread batter evenly round.

    Cook one side, then flip it. Cook another side.

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney. Your kid will love this breakfast.
