  1. 1/2 kgarbi
  2. 2green chili chopped
  3. As Per TasteSalt
  4. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 spooncoriander powder
  7. 1/4 spoongaram masala
  8. 1/2 spoonamchoor powder
  9. 2 spoonsoil
  10. 1/4 spoonajwain
  11. 1 spoondahi

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut the Arabi into round pieces.

    Then take cooker add oil heat and add carrom seeds and saute it.

  3. 3

    Add Arabi, salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.

  4. 4

    Add required water and cover the cooker cook them till 3 whistles.

    Open the cooker and add garam masala and amchur powder. Then serve with roti.
