Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs

My husband and I have tried countless recipes for ribs and never found a really good one. We came across this method on Facebook and changed it up a tad bit to our liking and they are perfect every time. 👌
I would also like to add that you don’t have to use slap ya mama seasoning for this recipe. Season them to your liking!

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 300°
- 2
Cut rack of ribs in half and sprinkle salt, pepper, and slap ya mama on both halves of ribs
- 3
Wrap both halves in its own piece foil tightly
- 4
Place in own baking dish and bake for at least 3 hours (the longer you cook them, the more fall of the bone they will be. I usually bake mine for 4 hours and they are perfect)
- 5
After baking, turn oven on broil and transfer both halves to a large cookie sheet and slather the BBQ sauce of your choice generously on the ribs
- 6
Place them in the broiler for a few minutes and remove. That’s it!

I use a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker. There are other ways to do it and you can look online. I hate 'fall off the bone' ribs which is mushy. These are tender with just enough bite to get the meat off. I usually end up with a nice, pink smoke ring. Paul Rybak -

Grilling and smoking meat is a art. Master Grillers from around the world have safely guarded secrets to the methods and ingredients they use to make their ribs so tender and keep it's unique flavor. Not here! Fast and easy, we will cook ribs in the pressure cooker, that tastes so good and tender your guests won't know the difference and swear it was cooked in a smoker! It's not the preferred way by most Grillers but it's a quicker and more convenient way for those that do not have the experience or skill of slow cooking in a smoker! (THIS IS CHEATING) by professional Grillers standards, but you will thank me later! James Freeman (Donk) -
