Healthy Rice and beans with veggies

Wash the beans and boil in water until it is almost cooked

Add the rice into the pot and cook till its soft together with the beans

Serve in a plate and add the chopped onions, carrots, tomatoes, maggi, oil, cucumbers and mayonnaise.

Mix everything together and serve with a chilled glass of a healthy homemade drink.
