This is a simple recipe of aloo paratha which is served as trending wrap with veges , chutney, cheese and sauce. Kids surely love this as a breakfast or tiffin

Boil potatoes in pressure cooker. Remove skin and mash them. Add salt, garam masala powder, crushed green chilies, lemon juice, dhania jeera powder and chopped coriander leaves. Combine well.

Knead soft dough from wheat flour, salt, oil and required water. Rest for 15 minutes. Prepare balls from it. Roll out rotis and cook both sides on tawa (without oil or butter).

Take a roti. Give one cut from the center to end. Apply prepared aloo mixture, tomato ketchup, coriander chutney and grated cheese respectively in each 1/4 part of roti. Spread some onion, tomato and capsicum slice on tomato ketchup and chutney part. Sprinkle some chat masala or Frankie masala over it.

Fold all parts from the cut. Cook on tawa or grill pan with oil or butter until golden.

Delicious aloo paratha wrap is ready to serve. Serve with tomato ketchup.
