Chilla is made of many different varieties. If we make any kind of chilla, only different types of lentils are used in it. Besan based chilla's are healthy for children. Also it's taste is very much liked by children. Also this provide good amount of protein which is healthy for children's growth. So I have made Paneer Chilla with paneer stuffing today.

To make chila batter:
Wash yellow petite lentils and rice with clean water and soak for two to four hours. Then add a little water, green chillies and ginger and take it in a mixer jar. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala and salt to taste and mix well. So that the chilla batter is ready. - 2
To make the paneer stuffing:
Take the grated paneer in a bowl and add chopped tomatoes, sev, the crush of udad papad and red chilli flakes, chaat masala, pepper powder and salt to taste. All this has to be mixed properly and kept on the side. - 3
Heat a nonstick pan, apply oil on it, sprinkle water and spread the prepared batter. Apply oil around it and fry one side, then turn it over and fry the other side as well.

The paneer stuffing prepared in this chila is to be spread and the chila is to be folded and removed from the pan.

In this way all the chila can be prepared, sprinkled with cheese and chopped coriander.
