In a pan heat oil and add sliced onions and green chilies, sauté till transparent and add to a blender.

To the blender also add grated coconut, ginger, garlic, sliced onions, tomatoes chopped, cloves, coriander leaves, mint leaves, red chili powder, coriander powder, and water and make a smooth paste, set aside.

In the pressure cooker heat 1 Tbsp oil and add mutton, cook for 2-3 mins, add turmeric powder and salt and mix well, add the Masala paste and mix well.

Add hot water as per your desired consistency and pressure cook for 3-6 whistles.

Plate with Neer Dosa and garnish with Mint leaves l, enjoy.
