Shahi Vegetable Kurma/Korma

Fry sliced onion to brown,soak almonds and cashews in water. Grind both to paste.

To curd add coriander powder,jeera powder, garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, chilli powder mix it and keep aside.

Heat oil and fry the veggies for few min. Heat ghee /oil add cloves, cardmum, cinnamon,bay leaf, green chilli paste add curd mixture,almonds,cashew,onion mixture and fry till oil seperates.

Add chopped veggies,salt mix well cover cook veggies are soft now add kesar waterand kasuri methi mix well and Shahi Vegetable Kurma is ready to serve with roti, chapati, phulka.
