Soak the three slices of bread in a bowl of water.

Cut the tomatoes and green pepper (and red bell pepper if you like) into pieces and add them to a blender. Add the garlic clove (with the germ removed) and blend everything together.

Add the soaked bread, cubed watermelon, and a splash of vinegar. Blend again.

Add the olive oil and blend on high for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Once blended, chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and some diced ham on top. Enjoy!
