Wash the beet thoroughly, remove the leaves, and cut it into 4 pieces.

Place in a pot and cover with water. Cook for 30 minutes.

Let cool and peel (the skin comes off easily by hand). Slice, then cut into small cubes.

To make hard-boiled eggs, add 2 cups of water (about 480 ml) to a small pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the eggs and cook for 10 minutes.

Peel the eggs and cut them into small cubes.

Time to mix: Place the beet in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise. Add the eggs, chicken bouillon, and serve.

I added cilantro for garnish.
