This is actually the idea started myself in house guest are going to visit and have lunch with us no time to special dessert so immediate idea click in my mind(my grandmother recipe,) last night left over rice with my grandmother idea also combined so i have prepared within 35minutes a nice coconut milk,jaggery,sugar,and rose petals, food colour,rose syrup,dry fruits and nuts,dates, with Desi ghee i have prepared even guest asked myself what a halwa very tasty..lot of appreciation...you can also try.

Steps

First take the yesterday's plain rice with some milk(already heated and cooled)add some coconut milk and then take a mixie grinder grind it smoothly.without any lump.it is very important step
Add some water in between so that you can get a smooth paste. - 2
Next step is very important you have to take thick kadai so that your halwa will be equally cooked and you will get a good consistency.Then pour what you have prepared the rice smoothy then slowly add remaining coconut milk,milk,water,everything blend well keep a wooden or steel spatula your rotation without any break you have to do..it is very important

Then cook for atleast 20 minute, Slowly add sugar,jaggery,elachi powder,add Desi ghee also at regular intervel so that the processing of halwa consistency will take place.Then add food colour,dry rose petals,rose syrup,if everything combined you will get a good aroma and halwa sticky consistency with glass look.All the steps will take place within 25minute.

Then take some deai ghee give tampering to this rice halwa cut pista,cashew nut grapes,cherries,almonds everything fry in a golden colour then immediately transfer in to your dessert dish...
