Lunch Box (Bread Pakoda)

Take a kadhai and add 2-3 tbsp oil. Let it heat now. Add mashed potatoes and all spices, green chili, and coriander leaves. Mix everything well and fry it for 4-5 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame and let it cool down. Take 2 slices of bread and fill stuffed.

Cover it with the other bread. Keep aside.

Take a sieve and add gram flour. Seive it in a large bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, carom seeds, and red chili powder. Mix everything well.

Now add water and make a smooth better. Now dip the bread slice into better and fry it deep.

Flip it again and deep fry for both sides till golden brown and crispy. Take it out on a plate. Now cut into 4 pieces. Now bread Pakoda is ready.

Pack in a lunch box with tomato ketchup and green chutney and enjoy.
