A simple homemade delectable recipe for any occasion.
Steps

Grate the paneer and the khoya kheer and mix well.

Add one by one the rest ingredients except cornflour.

Use your hand to mix very well and adjust the seasonings as per your choice.

Now add and adjust the cornflour to make a smooth dough.

Now make small balls and press between two hands to give the shape of kebab and keep aside

Add ghee in a flat pan and once hot place one by one the kebabs. Wait till one side is fried and brownish.

Slowly flip over the kebab and repeat the same process again.

The kebabs are ready to serve with salad and any condiments of your choice.
