Get the dough ingredients on counter first. Take a bowl and put flour.

Then add cumin seeds, salt and butter.

Mix it with clean hands first and crumble it. Then Pour little bit water and mix it. Knead it and make bug ball.

Cover it and give rest for 30-45 mins

Meanwhile, make Aloo stuffing. Boil potatoes and mash it. Add chopped onions

Chopped green chilli and chopped coriander. Add spices like garam masala.

Coriander powder, cumin powder and chilli flakes.

Add chaat masala, salt and turmeric powder.

Mix it well.

After sometime, take dough and cut into four pieces. Take one make a ball and roll it like chapati

Take a mold and put it on top and cut. Take a circle one by one and put it in samosa mold.

Stuff potato mixture and close it. Open and put on plate.

You also can tey bazaru style one by making semi circle first and then fold it in triangle shape.stuff it and save for frying.

These samosas you can easily store 5-6 days in fridge or freezer.

Take it out at the time of iftar and fry. Serve with chutney.
