Cooking Instructions

Heat oil, add onions and ginger, garlic paste togather.

Fry till it browns then add seasoning and salt.

Add the spinach paste and saute till mixture is well-blended.

Add potatoes and stir fry.

Finally add curd and simmer for a few minutes.

Sprinkle garam masala before serving.The gravy should be thick.
