Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgBoneless chicken
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspChilli powfer
  • 1 tspGinger garlic
  • 2 tspYoghurt
  • 2 tspLemon juice
  • 1 pinchorange red colour
  • 3 tbspWater
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cupOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 30 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add in chicken and cook on high flame till moisture evaporates.

    Cook covered on dum for 10 minutes till chicken is tender.
