Clean the mutton pieces with bone and marinate it with the above all ingredients overnight

After wakeup in the morning, take it away from the refrigerator and keep it aside for a few minutes

Rice preparation: Clean and Rinse thoroughly a 24-carat ponni rice....Cook the rice for 15 or 20 minutes..... Avoid overcooking.... When u take the rice on a spoon, it will not get attach on one another... Then add 1/4 cup of white vinegar to cooked rice is a must

Layering:(1) When a stove is ON, take a vessel and heat the marinated mutton pieces for 5 minutes. Add extra coriander and mint leaves. (2)Then layered some rice on top of the meat. (3) Then add a pinch of food colouring mix with 1 tablespoon of milk.... (4)Then layered with some rice......... (5)Then layered with a pinch of saffron mix with 1 tablespoon of milk again......

(6)Then layered with some rice. (7)Then add some coriander and mint leaves and fried onions and 3 tablespoons of ghee
