Steps

Make a thick paste from soaked Arahar lentil and ginger and green chilli.

Add salt to it.make a small flat bowls(tikki) and bake it on pan till it become golden brown. Leave 50 gm batter for gravy also.

Then take a wok and add 2 tbsp oil and ginger,garlic paste and saute it till it leaves oil then add all spices to it.

Then add water to leftover batter and put it in wok and boil it for 15 minutes. Then cut the tikki in four pieces and add to gravy. Cook it for 10 minutes again.

Ready to serve with chapati and rice, garnish it with coriander leaves...
