Ingredients

20 minutes
for serving
  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1 cupcrumbled paneer
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspAamchur powder
  • As RequiredOil for cooking

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pot take all ingredients of stuffing, mix well and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    In another pot take wheat flour and water, mix nicely and knead a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Now divide the dough into an equal portion of medium-sized balls and make a cavity in between the dough balls place stuffing in this and seal it properly. Prepare all the dough balls with the same process.

  4. 4

    Then make parathas from all the stuffed dough balls of even thickness.

  5. 5

    Heat a tawa and place parathas, apply oil, and cook it from both sides properly.

  6. 6

    Your Paneer Parathas are ready to Serve.
