Take a bowl add turmeric powder, vinegar, garlic paste, water and mix well. Dip for 1/2 an hour so that the access blood is drained out and the Kaleji changes its colour.

Now strain all the water.

Take a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste and stir fry then add Kaleji and stir fry.

Then add tomato slices, dry spices, papaya paste. Do not add salt and chaat masala right now.

Add 1 green chilli and cook for 20 minutes on low heat until the Kaleji is soft.

Kaleji is soft
Then add salt,Chaat masala, lemon juice - 7
Bhonify together until the water is dried.

Add kasuri methi, chopped green chilli and mix well.

Beef Kaleji is ready to serve hot with roti or naan.
