Take powder sugar in a bowl. Bring butter to room temperature and mix well with sugar. Mix with hand till it becomes fully and white colour.

Seive maida and baking powder and soda together and keep aside

Mix the maida little by little to the butter mix and make soft dough. donot knead it more other wise gluten is formed. mix the crushed cashew nuts and cardamon powder to the dough and make nice dough.

Take small balls of the dough and arrange them in baking tray
- 5
Preheat oven for 10 mins at 250•c. place the baking tray in oven and bake it for 10 mins on 200•c

Remove them allow it to cool on cooling tray. store it in dry air tight container.
