  1. 1 piecetomahawk steak, 2 inches thick
  2. sea salt, to taste
  3. black pepper, to taste
  4. 4 tablespoonsolive oil
  5. 5large garlic cloves
  6. 1/2serrano pepper
  7. 1generous tablespoon whole grain mustard
  8. 1 pinchpaprika
  9. 1 pinchground cumin

    Place the olive oil, chopped serrano pepper, and garlic cloves over medium heat and stir until the garlic is soft. Once ready, remove from heat, add a pinch of cumin and paprika, the whole grain mustard, and mash the garlic, adding a pinch of salt.

    Rub the steak with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill over medium heat for 8 minutes on each side, or until it reaches 293°F (145°C).
