Strain yoghurt using a cheesecloth to make hung curd as shown in the photo by placing the strainer over a bowl in the refrigerator overnight. You may use the whey for making chapati dough. Transfer the hung curd to a bowl.

Add heavy cream and ground oats, mix it up and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Continue adding the yogurt, honey and vanilla, stir well together. Add the cocoa powder and grate the dark chocolate into the bowl. Mix everything well until combined.. - 5
Cover and place in the freezer for 45 minutes. Remove from the freezer and stir the mixture using a rubber spatula. Place again in the freezer and repeat the process every 30 minutes for 2 more hours. When the chocolate yoghurt mixture is frozen but still creamy, scoop it into serving bowls and dig in. Store any leftovers in an air-tight container, and let them soften for 30 minutes before you plan to eat. Enjoy!
