These are slightly bitter chocolate muffins with lots of sweet-sour strawberries added These muffins are lighter than chocolate gateau, and you'll savor the chocolate taste. These cute muffins are perfect for the winter.I added one more egg to the chocolate muffin batter than for plain muffin batter to make sure the texture wouldn't be too dry. The muffins turned out really fluffy and stay moist even after they cool. They're not very sweet, so adjust the amount of sugar if you like. Recipe by Timo. cookpad.japan -

Coffee & Chocolate Marbled Muffins Coffee & Chocolate Marbled Muffins
I have never made coffee muffins before, even though I'm a coffee lover, so I made these muffins. Just the coffee flavour is a little bit too simple, so I added black cocoa powder which I had left over, and made a marbled pattern. If you don't have black cocoa powder, use normal cocoa powder. The taste is the same, but adding the black cocoa powder makes the muffins look prettier. For 6 muffins. Recipe by nyonta cookpad.japan -

Chocolate Muffins Chocolate Muffins
These muffins are made with plenty of Van Houten brand cocoa, and plenty of chocolate chips! Rich and delicious flavours spread in your mouth. The muffins are still fluffy even when cooled. Everybody loves them! The key to fluffy muffins is avoiding over mixing at Step 4!! When the batter is no longer floury, stop mixing. You can use any kinds of sugar, but cane sugar blends well with margarine and it's nutritious, so I recommend it! Recipe by Marimo1016 cookpad.japan
