Cut cashewnuts into half, take a pan and add ghee, fry cashewnuts till golden brown, also fry raisins, remove, set aside.

Add vermicelli, pan fry to golden brown, add hot water,cook for a min on low heat, add milk, let it boil.

Add sugar mix, cook for 5mins, add saffron mix.

Add cardamon powder mix, continue to cook until it's thick, remove from heat add 1/2 cashewnuts, raisins and keep 1/2 for garnish.

Add 🌹 rose essence mix, remove in serving dish, garnish with fried cashewnuts, raisins, dry rose petals, sliver paper.

Serve cold. Tip: you can also add almonds, pistachios, black current raisins, as per your choice.
