Ingredients

  • 100 gmsmakhana
  • 2 spoonsolive oil
  • 1/2 cupkhakra chura
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves finely chopped
  • 3 spoonspudina masala peanuts
  • 1/2 cupSev mixture
  • 1 spoonchat masala
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 3 spoonssweet chutney
  • 3 Spoonsred chutney
  • as neededBarik Sev
  • Fewbanana chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast makhana adding olive oil till crisp

    Add makhana to a bowl and add chopped onion and tomato, coriander leaves, masala peanuts,khakra Chura, and Sev mixture.

    Add salt, chat masala, red chutney, sweet chutney mix well.
