Ingredients

10 mins prep
1-2 people
  • 3 cupsmixed lettuce
  • 1 dozenfresh strawberries
  • Handfulfresh blueberries
  • 1 Tbtahini
  • 1 Tbolive oil
  • 1-2 Tblemon juice (to taste)
  • Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Pinchsea salt

Steps

10 mins prep
  1. 1

    Tear washed and dried lettuce in bite sized pieces

  2. 2

    Wash, hull and slice strawberries in 2 pieces

  3. 3

    Wash blueberries

  4. 4

    Add fruits and vegetables to salad bowl

  5. 5

    Mix tahini, olive oil and lemon juice and drizzle over salad.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle salt & pepper over salad

  7. 7

    Toss and Enjoy!
