Ingredients

12 servings
  • 9-10Roma tomatoes, remove white part and seeds, cut small cubes
  • 5garlic cloves, minced (less if you are afraid!)
  • 1/2medium red onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2-3/4 Cfresh basil chopped
  • 4 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbspolive oil
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Let rest for 20 minutes to overnite for flavors to meld together.

  2. 2

    Serve on toasted baguette or your favorite crisp cracker. You can't stop eating this!
