Ingredients

12 servings

9-10Roma tomatoes, remove white part and seeds, cut small cubes
5garlic cloves, minced (less if you are afraid!)
1/2medium red onion, chopped fine
1/2-3/4 Cfresh basil chopped
4 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
2 Tbspolive oil
1/4 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper

Steps

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Let rest for 20 minutes to overnite for flavors to meld together.

Serve on toasted baguette or your favorite crisp cracker. You can't stop eating this!
