Steps
- 1
First of all heat the water in a pan with salt. Then let the pan heat slowly on the gas.
- 2
Now, Add the flour in a plate and add salted water little by little and knead well to prepare the dough.
- 3
Take a small ball of kneaded dogh and sprinkle chopped coriander on it. Dust both sides with plain flour and flatten the roti with the help of your hands.
- 4
Now, put the roti made on the hot pan, after placing the roti on the pan immediately pour some water over it, so that the bhakri does not crack. As the moisture on the bhakri decreases slightly, flip it over immediately.
- 5
Flip it over and cook it on the other side for a few minutes. By doing this, the loaf will rise instantly.
- 6
So, Jowar Bhakri is ready to Serve.
- 7
Note: Kneading the dough is essential, it makes the bhakri nice and smooth and the edges do not break when tipping or shaping the rotis.
