In a bowl,add the semolina

Add the salt

Add the water to form a dough.If too strong add a little water and if too watery add more semolina

Roll on a flat surface to desired thickness

Cut into desired shapes and sizes

In a pot add water and let to boil

Add the pasta and let to boil for 15mins

Strain and serve hot with any sauce of your choice
