Boil water in a sufuria until it boils well.

Add your flour alafu songa until Ugali is done.

Fry onions,I love my greens with just onions,oil and salt sometime but you can add tomatoes.

After frying your onions,add the greens and cook on low heat until done.

Your food is ready,serve with your previously fermented milk on the side
