    Wash small potatoes and set to boil while we prepare cutlets

    Cut the chicken fillet into two parts, remove all fat and moisture

    Beat well, add salt and pepper

    Greens, dill and parsley, if fresh, then finely chop, in my case it is dry greens, put in a small plate. We take a little butter in our hand and dip it on all sides in greens and put it in the center of the broken fillet.

    Roll up so that the oil does not leak out during frying. Fasten in a film and put in the freezer for 15 minutes.

    I didn't have breadcrumbs, so I made my own. Dry three slices of bread in the microwave, it took me about 5 minutes, but be sure to turn over every 1.5 minutes, then smash in a blender.

    Beat 2 eggs with a fork, add salt and a little water. Pour flour into a plate.

    And so, we take out cutlets from the freezer, First we dip into beaten eggs, then into flour, then again into the egg and then into breadcrumbs.

    The potatoes are already cooked, we cut them, pour them with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian herbs and dry garlic and put them on a baking sheet.

    Pour sunflower oil into a small pot and put on fire

    When the oil is well warmed up, lay out the cutlets. if there is so much oil that it completely covers the cutlet, boil for 2 minutes, if like mine for half, then one and a half minutes on each side until golden brown

    We spread the cutlets to the potatoes and put in the oven at 180 ° for 20 minutes
