Ingredients

  • 1buffalo mozzarella
  • 1yellow cherry tomato
  • 1/2salad tomato
  • a fewalmond slices
  • basil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the salad tomato thinly.

  2. 2

    Toast the almonds in a non-stick pan.

    Blend the basil coarsely with a little of the mozzarella's brine.

    Make cuts in the mozzarella using an apple slicer, without cutting all the way through.

  5. 5

    Gently open the cuts and insert the tomato slices. Place the cherry tomato in the center of the mozzarella. Decorate with the almonds and a few drops of blended basil.
