Any fritters is tempting during monsoon, so presenting A healthy and delicious fritters curry where fritters are prepared from Bengal Gram Dal and accompanied with Raw Papaya.

Steps

Assemble ingredients, steam papaya cubes and keep aside.

Bengal Gram Dal paste. Add onion seeds + turmeric powder and mix well.
Start making fritters by dropping small small portions and deep fry till golden brown, fritters is done. - 3
In moderately heated pan / kadhai heat oil, add bay leaf + cumin seeds and allow to crackle, then add potato cubes and stir fry till slight golden brown. The add papaya cubes + green chilli + little salt and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Then add tomato also.

Now add all spices + little water and fry for 2 - 3 minutes, then add 3-4 cups water and give 3-4 times boil.
After cooling is over, Fritters absorbs gravy, so have to add water accordingly. - 5
Add fritters, Simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes, lastly add ghee + sugar, stir well and simmer for few around 1 minute.
Curry is ready. - 6
This curry goes very well with plain steamed rice.
