A combination of moong dhuli and masar dhuli dal is wonderful for health. It is light on stomach and is highly recommended for patients with stomach related issues.
Steps

Wash both the dals in running water for 2-3 times. Transfer it in a pressure cooker.

Add water, salt and turmeric powder and close the lid. Pressure cook till 2 whistles and switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically.

Heat ghee in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add chopped onion and cook it turn till golden. Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chilli cook till ghee separates. Add red chilli powder and garam masala. Add cooked dal and mix.

Cook till dal mixes up with masala nicely till first boil. Then switch off the flame.

Serve hot with chapatti or rice garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
