  • 1 cupbesan, 1 tsp chili ginger paste, salt to taste, Coriander
  • 2medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • as per requirementOil for deep frying
  • Salsa
  • 1large grated tomato and half grated carrot
  • as per tasteSalt, a pinch of sugar, chilli ginger paste, chilli powder

    Mix all the ingredients
