Ingredients

10 minutes.

1large cucumber
1large tomato
2-3whole wheat rusks, broken into pieces
1large green bell pepper
6-7 tablespoonsmizithra cheese
5 tablespoonsolive oil
5 tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
2 teaspoonsoregano

Steps

10 minutes.

Chop the vegetables and place them in a deep plate or bowl.

Lightly moisten the rusks with water and add them to the bowl.

Pour the olive oil and vinegar over the salad and toss to combine.

Top the vegetables with the mizithra cheese and sprinkle with oregano.
