Ingredients

10 minutes.
  • 1large cucumber
  • 1large tomato
  • 2-3whole wheat rusks, broken into pieces
  • 1large green bell pepper
  • 6-7 tablespoonsmizithra cheese
  • 5 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 5 tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoonsoregano

Steps

10 minutes.
  1. 1

    Chop the vegetables and place them in a deep plate or bowl.

  2. 2

    Lightly moisten the rusks with water and add them to the bowl.

  3. 3

    Pour the olive oil and vinegar over the salad and toss to combine.

  4. 4

    Top the vegetables with the mizithra cheese and sprinkle with oregano.
