In a pan pour 2 cup milk, let it come to a boil, add ghee + sugar, mix nicely and keep stirring for 4-5 minutes under medium flame.

Now gradually start adding semolina to milk and keep stirring to prevent lumps, keep stirring and mixture thickens. Transfer it to a plate and allow to cool.
We need a tight soft dough. - 3
Grease palms and take small small portions from mixture and start making balls, then give a gentle press and give shape. Either give shape of balls or give flat balls.

In pan add 3 cups milk + milk powder + sugar and mix very nicely, now switch on flame and keep stirring to prevent lumps, add cardamom and keep stirring under medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
We just need to thicken milk but not very thick. - 5
Now start adding the semolina flat balls one by one + dry fruits and cook the flat balls for 5-6 minutes.

Let it cool down completely, refrigerate and allow the balls to absorb milk for 5-6 hours.
Garnish with dry fruits and serve chilled.
