Wash,Peel and soak the tapioca in water for 2 hours. Then pat it dry with a clean kitchen towel or tissue paper and slice it. Meanwhile heat enough oil to deep fry it.

Fry it in small batches. When the oil sound is reduced take the chips out.
Keep the fried chips on kitchen tissue paper to absorb excess oil. In this way fry all. Mix all the ingredients of the masala mix and sprinkle on the chips. Make sure it evenly coats all the chips. Enjoy ! - 3
Note:Frying time depends on the size of your kadai.
