Healthy mixed vegetable cutlets – 1 teaspoon oil cooking

Mix beetroot, carrot, peas and corn together, steam in microwave for 4 minutes.

Add potato and mint, garam masala and salt, mix well.

Divide in equal portions and shape into cutlets.

Preheat air fryer to 200C for 3 minutes.

Place the cutlets in the air fryer pan and air fry for 15 minutes, brush with oil after 5 minutes of cooking.

Turn the cutlets after 10 minutes of cooking.

Serve with mint chutney.
