Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CupGrated beetroot
  2. 1/2 CupGrated Carrot
  3. 1Small Boiled and mashed potato
  4. 1/2 CupGreen Peas
  5. 1/2 CupSweet corn kernels
  6. 1/2 CupFinely Chopped mint leaves
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 TeaspoonGaram masala
  9. Oil for brushing

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix beetroot, carrot, peas and corn together, steam in microwave for 4 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add potato and mint, garam masala and salt, mix well.

  3. 3

    Divide in equal portions and shape into cutlets.

  4. 4

    Preheat air fryer to 200C for 3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Place the cutlets in the air fryer pan and air fry for 15 minutes, brush with oil after 5 minutes of cooking.

  6. 6

    Turn the cutlets after 10 minutes of cooking.

  7. 7

    Serve with mint chutney.
