Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Red bell pepper (cubed)
  2. 1Yellow Bell Pepper (cubed)
  3. 1/2 CupSweet Corn Kernel
  4. 250 GramsBoneless Chicken Breast (cut up)
  5. 1 CupCrust Crumb
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 TablespoonsHoney
  8. 1 tablespoonMustard Sauce
  9. Oil for deep frying (extra 2 tablespoon)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a wok, heat oil, dredge the chicken pieces in crumb crust and fry until golden brown. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel, set aside.

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil (2 tablespoon), add in the bell peppers and sweet corn, saute for 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add honey, mustard sauce and salt, stir to mix, switch the flame off.

  4. 4

    Add in the fried chicken pieces, toss to mix.

  5. 5

    Garnish with basil leaves, serve.
