Stuffed parathas are very tasty and yummy for main coarse .Here Aloo flavoured with pudina which can a good stuffing for the paratha lovers.

Stuffed parathas are very tasty and yummy for main coarse .Here Aloo flavoured with pudina which can a good stuffing for the paratha lovers.
Steps

Clean and peel potatoes.Cut them into small pieces.Clean and chop pudina and curry leaves.

Heat oil in asaucepan.Add 1/2 teaspoon of jeera and then add to it the cut potatoes and little salt, cook it till it becomes soft.

Then ad tumeric,chilli powder,corainder powder, pudina chopped with curry leaves and fry till it dry and mixed well.Allow it to cool

Take wheat flour in bowl add oil and salt to taste. Add warm water and knead it into smooth dough and keep it aside for half an hour.

Take medium sized balls from the dough, flatten them with hand drop enough aloo pudina masala and cover it nicely by sealing the edges of the flattened dough.

Dust the flour and roll them gently into small parathas.

Heat tawa and put the paratha over it and drizzle few drops of oil and cook it well.Serve it hot with boondi raitha.
