3 cupsStrawberries / 600g
6 oz.Vodka / 200ml
4 oz.homemade syrup
1 1/2 oz.Lime juice / 3 Lime's
2 cupsIce Cube's

Add lots of White Sugar too a saucepan and then add cold water - not too much and not too little and then heat through on the hob

So add all the ingredients too a Ninja Blender etc. not forgetting too add your homemade syrup once cooled, only 4 oz. (112g) and then blend and then serve in a large mug or for show - in a Pint Glass

For my Second attempt a few days later. I used a even more lazy method by mixing 150g Caster Sugar with 250g of cold tap water - I have scales with a small scales tray on top - that does come off. Made ice cube's from the remainder of the Cocktail this time - could not fit all of the Cocktail Drink into the largest of my Ninja Cup's with Lid
