Pulled beef sandwich

This time on Eid ul Adha, I made some packets of the whole chunk of tenderloin meat for sandwiches. This meat we can use either for nihari or sandwich. Find out how my beef thread easily pulled and how I assembled it my sandwich. Another thing is very important that is bread. I am using oregano bread here so my sandwich becomes filled and crunchy and everyone can enjoy as a meal.

At the time of cooking, take a pot and place the whole marinated chunk inside. Pour a cup of water. Cover it and keep the flame medium. Keep an eye on the pot. If you feel it’s getting dry and not cooked add more hot water and leave it too cook. In 2 to 2.5 hrs it will be cooked properly. Once it done, take 2 forks and start shredding. Add capsicum and onion slices also and mix it well. Keep aside.
