  1. 2yellow zucchinis (from my garden)
  2. 2white zucchinis (from my garden)
  3. 2tomatoes (from my garden)
  4. 1green bell pepper (from my garden)
  5. 4green chilies (from my garden)
  6. 2 tablespoonsdried dulse (seaweed brought back from Brittany)
  7. Seaweed-flavored salt (homemade recipe linked)
    Sels aromatisés (curry,algues,vin,vanille,piment d Espelette,tomate basilic,agrumes)

  1. 1

    Wash the yellow zucchinis, remove the ends, and cut them into thick slices.

    Wash the white zucchinis, remove the ends, and cut them into cubes.

    Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and dice them.

    Wash the bell pepper, cut it in half, and remove the seeds and white membranes.

    Mix the two types of zucchini in a container and cut the bell pepper into small pieces.

    Add the bell peppers and tomatoes to the container.

    Add the seaweed, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

    Comment enrober parfaitement des préparations d épices ou marinade

    Rinse and dry the chilies. Heat the griddle, pour the contents of the container onto the griddle, add the chilies, close the lid, and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the chilies and mix the vegetables.

    Close the lid again and cook for another 5 minutes. It's ready!

Tips

Comment enrober parfaitement des préparations d épices ou marinade

J utilise des bacs type Tupperware dans lesquels je mets viande et marinade ou légumes et épices etc…c est à dire tous les aliments à enrober
